Hays County Museum Reconstructed in Wimberley
The 1858 Adolph Schlamens log cabin, Texas log house with dog trot, moved from Canyon Lake to 7-Acre Ranch in Wimberley, received Hays County's eighth Texas Historical Medal on Oct 19 1964 for age and architectural interest. The ceremony featured Mrs W A Wyatt Sr and six committee members with Czichos detailing reconstruction and museum collections.
