A Wilson county Democratic meeting is called for August 26 at 12 o clock in the County Court House to elect delegates to the Senatorial Convention and canvass primary votes. Township voters meet August 13 at 4 PM to select candidates for local offices and delegates to the county convention. The governor vote and county delegates determine the nominating outcome. A new township executive committee will also be chosen.
