Driver loses consciousness in Floresville car crash into Atlas Automotive
San Antonio man John Grosskopf aged 46 lost consciousness due to low blood sugar while northbound on U.S. 181 near F.M. 775. His Toyota Yaris veered across lanes and fences, striking the Atlas Automotive residence. He was treated and released at Connally Memorial Medical Center.
