Wilson Memorial weighs bids for La Vernia family practice facility
Wilson Memorial board formed an ad hoc committee with a consulting architect to evaluate three semifinalist bids for a La Vernia family practice facility on FM 775. Initial bids ranged 525,284 to 467,675 with add on bids higher. a $580,000 governmental lease will fund the project. The clinic, about 3,800 square feet with an X ray room, will serve two physicians and be site built. Nearby land purchase of seven acres may occur this week for the project.
