Stockdale Emergency Medical Services leaders urge the creation of Wilson County's third ESD to fund ambulance care amid rising costs and a shrinking volunteer pool. If approved, five residents would join the board and set an ad valorem tax not to exceed ten cents per hundred of assessed value.
