FEDC advances plan for Floresville business park land
The Floresville Economic Development Corporation, formed in 1996, moved toward purchasing a 305.36 acre tract after a favorable financial model. Executive Director Jesse Perez eyed marketing Floresville and attracting firms, with one company showing interest in up to 200 acres. The board approved the land purchase with applause and renewed optimism.
