Regional planners and Wilson County officials weigh a small earthen dam reservoir covering 3000 to 4000 acres in eastern Wilson County south of Pandora. A 13 page HDR report explores a potential firm yield of 40 600 acre feet annually by 2020 with pumping from the San Antonio River and Cibolo Creek.
