LaVernia District Board discusses tax indexing and equalization plans
LaVernia School District Board of Trustees met in special session to review tax rolls and appoint responsibilities for the Board of Equalization and Tax Collector. The Board plans future indexing upgrades, possible temporary help, and improved dwelling appraisal standards, plus annual canvassing to update maps and values.
