Wilson County recovers full county funds in embezzlement case
Wilson County Judge Gresham L. Akin announced the county recovered the full 15591 dollars misappropriated from the County Clerk’s office. The embezzlement involved the chief deputy clerk from 1975 to 1977 with a guilty plea for 10143 dollars. The civil suit against Bolff remains pending.
