Floresville Council advances FELPS talks and water projects
Floresville moves toward finalizing a five-point FELPS indenture draft tied to a planned 7.2 million bond this summer. The council approved construction of a 125-foot second water tower at well 3 costing 344000 paid by TCDP funds, plus 344000 for tower build by CBI Nacon. The panel also funded three underground storage tank restorations and a 35600 computer mapping project to create a GIS of streets and utilities for faster repairs.
