Wilson County debates a new 9-1-1 system to replace an outdated setup not covering LaVernia Sutherland Springs and Stockdale. The proposed system would install in 18 to 24 months at 50 cents per line with state surcharge aid. Citizens are urged to respond by June 22 to the commissioners or EMA coordinator.
