St Anthony's seniors host May domino and banco events
Elmendorf reports St Anthony's senior group held a May 4 domino tournament with 12 players. Adela Felux and Lillie Woitena won first, Evelyn Pennartz and Gussie Stalla second, Rosie Ehlers and Rosie Krauskopf third. A May 27 banco party with 18 players saw Virginia Druik first, Gracie Weddle second, Susie Seguin bunco winner, Melissa McKay booby, Ann Perdue consolation. Call 210-635-8570 for info.

The American Heart Association offers a 12 week program Choose to Move for women ages 25 to 54 to add activity into daily life. It teaches goal setting weight management and building support from friends and family with weekly score sheets and incentive gifts every three weeks.
