Eulalio Toscano III, 58, was treated for a left leg wound after a domestic dispute. Sandra Sramek, 53, was arrested at a Ter race Hill residence and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after the shooting and was released on 75,000 bond.

Floresville debates master plan for River Bend subdivision
The Floresville city council met July 2 to review a financial master plan for the 470 acre River Bend project along U S 181 Business. Gray Hawk of Lake Worth and B A Architects outlined costs for streets water sewer and public spaces with a 10 to 20 year tax increment scheme. Hawkins said ground would break this year and city ownership of the golf course is planned eventually.
