Wilson County debates insurance for EMS and fire vehicles
Wilson County commissioners discussed insuring ambulances through the county and possibly adding insurable interest to ambulance titles, but dropped the plan due to liability concerns. They approved a $7,480 reimbursement line for volunteer fire departments’ vehicle insurance and heard about capped payments per unit.
