Automotive liability rates cut for high risk drivers in Texas
Texas insurance agency TAIPA lowers average automobile liability rates by about 3.9 percent for high risk drivers. The change follows a request for a larger increase and affects drivers assigned to TAIPA carriers with most carrying only mandatory coverage. Rates take effect March 1.
