Entertaining Floresville Octogenarian Reflects on Life
90 year old Herbert Albert entertained at a Floresville Nursing Home during Happy Hour sharing memories of farming in Camp Ranch near Dewees since 1904. He recalled plowing with mean mules, driving a Model T, and early Floresville land purchases from Sam Houston and Billy Green. He noted family ties, moves from Lavaca County, and his later marriage to Adele Bielefeld with children Norvin Ruby Lee and Franklin.
