North Carolina Act Repeals Chapter and Sets Treasurer Bond
The General Assembly enacts that Chapter twenty nine of the Revised Code is repealed and this act takes effect on passage. The County Treasurer must qualify and give bond before the Board of Commissioners on the first Monday of September following his election.
