The 116th annual session of the Ohio Grand Lodge Independent Order of Odd Fellows opened in Columbus with Grand Master Olen G Swartzmiller presiding. Memorial services were held for eight members who died during the year. Business sessions run today and Tuesday with officer elections, session to end Wednesday. Vernon Marconett and Clarence Hammer of Star of Hope Lodge Wilmington attended and Marconett remained for the entire convention.
