Ohio High Court Won't Review Blue Law Case

The Ohio Supreme Court refused to review another appeal challenging Sunday closing laws. Mor ris Rapoport, manager of Big Town Super Mart in North Ridgeville, was fined 25 dollars for selling a mail box and a night light on Sunday June 18 1961.
