Middletown Ohio AP telephone lineman James Dees invited an obviously drunk barefoot man to warm up in his truck and drive him toward town. Dees called authorities after stopping to check on the man. Deputy Sheriff Clifford Dye identified the suspect as 31 year old William Crouch. He is held in Middletown jail pending charges.
