Two Inmates Hurt in Escape Attempt at Ohio Reformatory
Three inmates tried to escape from the Ohio Reformatory early today. Two men fell from a 25 foot wall causing injuries: Jerry Dye 21 from Montgomery county fractured both ankles and Charles Wood 21 from Franklin county fractured the upper left leg.

Johnson Found To Have Weak Mind
Albert Johnson of Blanchester was indicted October 16 and sent to Lima State Hospital for observation. He was returned to the county jail Tuesday afternoon. Common Pleas Judge Frank M. Clevenger said the hospital found him weak minded and he will be arraigned to enter his plea. Johnson was arrested August 7 and bound over to the grand jury by Mayor Maynard F. Kirk.
