Zeller Henry of Germantown formerly with General Motors Frigidaire division becomes general manager of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce effective January 1. He will join the chamber Monday, replacing William McHenry who resigns January 1. Henry, 49, is a Germantown native with a BA from Otterbein College. He has held roles in employe relations, social services, and personnel management, and has affiliations including Lions International and YMCA.

Ohio Department of Health says a long time rabies outbreak among dogs in southeastern Ohio is being whipped. Most cases in 1955 1957 concentrated in Jackson Lawrence and Scioto counties with totals of 141 214 and 153 respectively.
