A car skidded on a slippery curve near Sligo and crashed into the Florea home, damaging the house and breaking a pump. Rev. Maxie Gladden of Cincinnati, 54, was cited for reckless driving after a 104 yard skid and minor injuries to himself. His 1938 Buick was demolished and the crash stemmed from rain and accelerator mishap as the highway relocation plan to eliminate the curve moves forward.

Milk price to rise one cent per quart in many counties
