Goldsboro and Wayne County suffer severe floods from heavy rains washing away bridges and inundating fields. Two people, an elderly man and his wife, are reported dead. Many roads are impassable but officials expect bridge replacements within two days and continued property loss along the outskirts of Goldsboro.
