Berlin reports mounting pressure on Chancellor Bethmann von Hoenninghausen as opponents circulate a circular urging his retirement. A northbound Ford truck was caught between an automobile and a street car on Front street yesterday afternoon. The street car was moving slowly, so little damage occurred.
