May Queen crowned at National College of Education
Miss Marjorie Preston of Eureka Montana was crowned Queen of the May at the National College of Education Evanston festival. She appeared in a moonlit garden drawn in a jinrikisha and was attended by top vote getters Virginia Davis Betty Horsman Catherine Klumph Frances Sandell Hildegarde Stoeckley and Alice Stolz. Miss Preston, a senior, holds an honorary scholarship and presides over the Town Girls association.

New Trier Senior Music Club Ends Year With Duet Recital
Caroline Preston and Erin Delander performed a joint program for New Trier High School's Senior Music Club on May 29 at the Preston home 1031 Greenwood Avenue Wilmette. Preston played Beethoven Appassionata Sonata Clair de Lune and Liszt Valse Oubliée, Delander Handel Mozart and Elgar pieces. Officers for next year were elected.

The senior hop at New Trier High school will be held Saturday night June 7 from 9 to 12 in the school mess hall. Attendees include seniors juniors and alumni with admission by ticket only. Barney Richards orchestra will provide music and decorating has progressed for a successful event.
