New Trier Township Clash Over Bond Premium Payment
Sanborn Hale the township collector sent $3 457 90 covering the full bond premium and forwarded $3 242 55 to the township supervisor as excess commissions. The board of auditors had sought the full amount and may call a special meeting to decide on sharing costs up to 2 500. The dispute involves tax collections from 1924 to 1931 and a 1931 bond premium.
