Harmony Convention Delegates Chosen and Open Meeting Planned
F O Ebeling was elected permanent chairman and Charles Allen permanent secretary of the Wilmette Perpetual Harmony convention. The body, with 52 citizens, will select a candidate slate for the spring village election and will hold a public meeting February 10 at Howard school to discuss the Winnetka Caucus plan and invite candidate suggestions from residents and groups.

Thieves looted Emil J. Dirks residence at 211 Central Avenue taking four Oriental rugs and several oil paintings. Entry was gained by breaking a second story window while the family was away Tuesday night January 24. Wilmette police notified when the family returned shortly after 10 o clock.
