Man commits death by own action in Minot
Minot North Dakota September 4 the dead body of George Obermeyer twenty five a sheet metal worker at local roofing firm was found in the Soo jungles across the bridge by Fred Madison a transient negro. He killed himself by drinking carbolic acid an empty bottle found beside the body. Coroner Orson Doe said no reason was found for the act. Obermeyer carried a gold watch and ten dollars thirty five cents. He had relatives in Utah and Milwaukee and coroner will contact them no inquest will be held. Also note Mr and Mrs T C Hutchinson left for Minneapolis to buy holiday goods for the five ten and twenty five cent store.
