New York October 26 Robert Fay a lieutenant in the German army Walter Scholz and Paul Daece were arraigned in Weehawken N J police court on charges connected with an alleged plot to blow up steamships carrying munition to the Allies. They were later held to answer before a United States commissioner. The three, with Dr Herbert Klenzle and Max Breitung, faced a $25000 bail the group allegedly sought to disrupt shipments by blowing up chemical works. A general alarm was issued to locate Breitung.

Mandan North Dakota October 26. The owners of 25 or more barrels of wine seized by Morton county officials from Hebron parties earlier this year won a key court decision.
