Mr Holl traveled to Williston at week’s start. A tax payers league meeting is planned for Saturday by the 22d at the Hofflund store. Mrs Guet Johnson visits Carpio for a week. Mr Wallender went to Williston last Friday and returned next day. Guet Bjorklund and Mr Sween haul coal this week. Miss Agnes Sween visits White Earth for a week. Paul Scherbeck of Williston bought cattle in Hofflund this week. A pleasant surprise party for Mr Nels Kamp Friday. A Hofflund Opera House dance is planned for Thanksgiving evening, all invited.

Flax thieves are said to operate north of Mohall while many new homes rise in Ransom County. McLean County endures tragedies as duck hunting thrives in Brutsman County. A fake watch-vender traps people at Inkster and Rolla boasts careless gun manipulators. Casselton society and Edgeley pride fill fall, with limestone found in McHenry County and Ward County rounding up more blind pigs. Local farms, land sales, fraud probes, court notices, and vivid color of daily life weave through towns from Oberon to Larimore. Community boosters claim prosperity amid varied interests, from hunting to industry to entertainment.
The 30th anniversary issue of The Deliisator prints over 230 pages with 84 full page illustrations and 20 in color.
