O Rourke Returns From Minneapolis Visit
William O Rourke came back Monday from Minneapolis where he attended the Red Cross parade and a Polish volunteers parade bound for France. The event featured aeroplanes French guns and several new army trucks. Over seven hundred volunteers joined the line heading to the front. Professor L A White also returned Saturday from Grand Forks after a business trip the first of the week.

F L Greene and wife arrive in Williston to open a full up to date variety store around June 1st. They have leased the former Anderson Hardware Co. building on East Broadway and are remodeling it for the opening. Announcement will follow next week. Robbers Tap Cash Registers in Grocery Block
Thieves broke into Roche's Grocery City Milk Depot and O'Dell's Sunday night or Monday morning. They entered through the Milk Depot door and took several dollars from three cash registers. No other losses reported. This is the second robbery in the block in three weeks. suspects not yet found.

Auto Agent Arrests Twenty-Eight Drivers In Statewide Sweep
Auto Agent William Meyers of the North Dakota Auto Department visited the city early this week and made numerous arrests for auto tag law violations. He stressed that old licenses are invalid and dealer licenses cannot be used on other car makes or sold vehicles. Cars in the city must have cutouts closed. Meyers reported sixty eight arrests in Minot and one hundred twenty two in Fargo, praising Chief Nolan for enforcement. C C Reiger of Williams County State Bank left for Minneapolis on business.
