M B Chase, city resident, was assaulted and robbed of 250 dollars between midnight and 1 am last Thursday near the Tooley elevator. He identified Jack Benner, who faced a district court bound over on robbery charges with a 1000 dollar bond and is jailed. Authorities had Bea per tied to a past assault on Alex Larson, once jailed in Glasgow, later arrested in Grand Forks or Fargo, and fined 100.
