Robert J Whorley a Great Northern brakeman died after being thrown from a moving freight near Wheelock North Dakota. He was 38 and survived by his wife Petra and three children. Funeral services were held at the Congregational church with later burial at Devils Lake.
Veteran Engineer William Wilkinson Dies at Home
William Wilkinson a longtime Great Northern railroad locomotive engineer and Williston resident died at his home at eight this morning after months of illness heart trouble was the reported cause He was born in Ramsgate England in 1864 and married Amy Hammond Whitehead in 1885 in Toronto The couple came to Minot in 1888 later moving to Nelson then Williston where they resided over ten years Surviving with the wife are five sons and two daughters Arthur Willie George James Robert Dora and Lilly Funeral services will be held at the Episcopal church at 2:00 PM Saturday with the Masonic order in charge and burial in Williston cemetery
