The city business men plan a Monday evening meeting at 8 in the Williston Land company offices to support the Farmer's Institute. Topics include appointing an institute committee and selecting prizes for next year to let farmers seed with better grains and vegetables.
Judge Amidon in Fargo held the North Dakota state paint law constitutional and dissolved a temporary restraining order against President Worst and assists from the North Dakota Experiment Station. The law, passed in 1905, goes into effect and targets mixed paints, with labels required for that class. imports total about one million dollars annually.
