Townsite of Williston notice to occupants to vacate and buy lots
The undersigned purchased the Townsite of Williston from the Patenter and the St Paul Minneapolis Manitoba Railway. Occupants who have not bought are warned to remove forthwith. Those removing buildings or fences will be prosecuted. Unbought lots may be purchased within one month at appraised prices plus five dollars monthly rent from June 26, 1804. Rent for leased paid lots must be paid to agent Emil Leonhardy who will receipt for rent and for sale of lots. Trespassers face legal costs and damages. July 7, 1898.
