An ordinance for the protection from fires within Williston city limits and appointment of fire wardens, defining duties and compensation. Prohibits burning in streets and vacant lots without safeguards, regulates ashes, fuel storage, chimneys, and piping, and declares penalties and enforcement by the city. Requires council to appoint fire wardens and set fines up to five dollars, with court enforcement.
