Williston City Council Adopts Sidewalk Plan July 1904
Williston North Dakota council met July 5 1904 with no quorum and adjourned to 8 pm. Aldermen Belyea Baldwin Chesney LaDue and others attended. Minutes approved police magistrate E Leonhardy reported to finance committee. Bills from R H Copeland A L Butler J F Woodley Zeno Bruegger and others approved. A sidewalk construction project along Main and Broadway was ordered with notices to property owners. Petitions for wires and a building permit were referred to committees. Council adjourned to July 14 and state convention delegates were listed.
