Miss Florence Carry and son Gilman spent Saturday in the county seat. Huldah Strobeck of Ross visited here over Sunday. P W Kilgore is laid up with sciatic rheumatism. Grandma Levitt visited her sons at Williston Tuesday to Saturday. Mrs Albert Levitt of Williston spent Saturday at the Lewis Levitt home. Henry Packard returned Thursday from Williston. Mr and Mrs Dave Willard and Mr Sutton spent Saturday with the P R Chance family. John Clemens returned to our berg Wednesday after a two month absence. Mr and Mrs Chas Levitt now of Williston visited Epping between trains Thursday. Mr and Mrs Don Upp and children visited the Chance family Thursday to Friday. A baby boy born to Mr and Mrs Martin Jacobson Tuesday morning. Mrs S Melland returned Tuesday from a visit with daughter Mrs Lundquist at Williston. Mr Hopkins arrived from Williston.

Snow covered St Paul and surroundings with 15 to 17 inches on the level and drifts up to 12 feet amid blizzard winds. Cold snap followed with sub zero readings as street work and rail traffic faced delays and many downtown travelers found shelter. Minneapolis reports 17 inches in 24 hours, a new record, with sub zero temperatures. Omaha rail delays continue as high winds persist.
