E G Greenup and J W Jackson retire from Williston Land Company. They sell interests to remaining owners W B Overson and R M Calderwood, who now own all capital stock and will run the business. Greenup returns to Spokane to maintain a 1909 office. Jackson stays in Williston to manage properties and remain with the company.
