Charles A Mansfield dies after a brain hemorrhage at Williston aged 78. Born August 3, 1861 in Amelis Ohio, he lived in Chicago before moving to Williston in 1905. He served as Receiver of the U S Land Office and leaves a wife Kate Dustin and two sons, William and Robert Mansfield. Funeral Friday at 2 PM. Ray Hyde returns from Baltimore with furlough.

Wilson, in the city for the meeting, left for Minneapolis Monday.
