Williston Band Concert Delights Large Audience

A crowded Williston court house Friday evening enjoyed the Third Band Concert. The program opened with four band numbers followed by two chorus pieces led by Prof. Onstad. Mrs. Hardaway and Mr. Evans sang a duet I Waited for the Lord, and Mighty Jehovah drew strong applause. The chorus, first time accompanying a band, was well received. Mrs. Blakey's violin moved listeners and a cornet and trombone duet by Davis and Gordon drew encore. The concert closed with Joy to the World and Forge in the Forest, noted for its descriptive finale.
