A Christmas tree and festival are planned at the new Garden Valley schoolhouse next Sunday evening, inviting all local residents.

Paul Leonhardy represented Williston at a White Barth meeting held Friday to form a Northwest Dakota Baseball League. Seven teams were represented. Ray was absent and Minot substituted. Delegates showed strong enthusiasm over players from Ward and Williams Counties and anticipate a place among the western state's reggttes.
