Muriel Shaver seven year old daughter of Mr and Mrs Joe Shaver died suddenly yesterday morning after a brief illness thought to be a bad cold. Funeral held yesterday afternoon in Williston cemetery. A violent form of diphtheria is suspected and specimens sent to the state laboratory. Strict quarantine established pending test results.
