School to start Sept 11 with Foy Logan teaching. Julia Peterson to return from Wisconsin soon. A Leviticus passage is urged to explain poor crops, promising rain and yields if statutes are kept.
Garden Valley notes Little activity on Monday night as Jack Frost damaged corn and vine crops. E E Russ reports loss of late grain including corn and flax.
