About $10 000 in new stock was subscribed by farmers and Williston businessmen, providing capital to pay debts and buy the plant and land from B. A. Sharp. Officers include John Bruegger president B J Schoregge treasurer and A C Lowheed relay with directors Keihl Howard Larson and Smith. The creamery sustains strong patronage and favorable prices for its products.

Hit By Auto In Public Road Near Experimental Arm
John Abel, a Model Cafe employee, was struck by a car driven by Ray Eddy of the American Tobacco Company while walking with a companion on a broad public road near the Experimental arm. Witnesses at a Wednesday hearing before Justice Smith testified the car sped and drifted between two wary trails, causing Abel to be thrown to the ground. Eddy was bound over to district court.
