Harvest and social notes from Rose Hill community

Mr Glen Cowan and Mr Anton Rome left midweek and Sunday for eastern parts of the state to harvest and bread ing the season. Ed Graning hosted a dance at his new house with about twenty five guests, music by H Christianson Rome and Eros. Will Albrecht praised road work and potential future stability. Various neighbors attended dances, visits and local church services, with harvests starting and crops forecast to be better than expected. Isaac Dicker began harvesting with 260 acres of grain this year.

Good Roads Picnic Brightens Williston Efforts

Garden Valley notes the Good Roads Picnic was a grand success thanks to Williston businessmen for their generosity. Local visits include John Hamilton and R. A. Rieder. C. J. Aiey returned from Rochester after a successful operation with high praise for doctors and nurses. Doris Francis stays with Callie and Bonnie Hamilton while Rev Hollett preaches to the young folks.
