Local Townsite Meeting Ends With Real Estate Raise

In Williston, Aldermen debated Lot 18 and surrounding blocks. Mayor Jackson presided as resolutions were approved with voting noted as nay by McKay and May nen Absent and Johanna. An assessment change raised the unplatted N W 1 4 Sec 24 to 150 per acre and adjustments to Original Townsite parcels followed.
