Kennedy Drive project gets council approval for first phase
Willard City Council gave final reading for a Kennedy Drive Street Improvement Project bid to Ropper Construction. President Greg Davidson considered delaying to 2014 to review designs and possibly rebid. Resident Wade Eden urged moving east to address crumbling sections, noting a lack of funds, while council discussed using a $17,000 ODOT refund to expand work.
