Abatement plan tied to Willard Middle School demolition
In October a plan to demolish Willard Middle School to clear excavation spoil saves the district 458 618 dollars, with the proposal noting headaches from moving dirt and reduced utility costs after demolition. Fiscal 2012 utility bills for the site totaled 53 675 dollars electric 15 743 water and sewer and 20 889 gas.
